How to get in touch

Our Nottingham based support team are here to help you with your queries.

If you are an existing customer of Beehive Money, you can log into your account and send us a secure message. This will allow you to ask account specific questions.

If you do not have a savings account with Beehive Money you can contact our customer service team via email or phone. They are available six days a week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 7pm, Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12.30pm.

Existing customers

If you previously held an esaver online account with The Nottingham, you will have been transferred to Beehive Money. To take advantage of the new features or to open new accounts you must activate your new Beehive Money account.
