How do I access my account for the first time?

To access your account for the first time you need to check your emails. We've emailed you a link and security code. Simply tap the link in the email and enter the code, together with your registered email address. 

You'll then need to enter a one-time passcode that we'll text to you - this is to check we've got the right mobile number. You can then create a password and choose your security questions to keep your account safe.

I can’t find the email with a code

As a Beehive Money or Lifetime ISA customer you will have received an email from us with your code. Please look in your junk folder to make sure it's not in there. If you still can’t find it and are an existing customer, click here. Just enter your registered email address and tap ‘send me another email'.

Can I open a new savings account?
Absolutely. Once you have accessed the new Beehive Money app, you will be able to see the accounts we currently have available and if you meet the criteria you will be able to easily open any of them.
