Contacting Beehive Money

If you need to contact Beehive Money you can do so in the app. Through BeeBot, our online digital assistant, you'll find handy guides that deal with all kinds of issues and queries. Many of our customers who use our online guides get the help they need before even having to get in touch.

How do I access my new account?
To access your account through Beehive Money you need to set up an online account. Don’t worry, it’s really easy:

  1. Click the link in the email that we sent you which will take you to the right area. If you can't find the email in your inbox or junk, click here to go to the site.
  2. Enter your email address and your unique security code which can be found in the email.
  3. Tap next and we’ll text you a one-time passcode to the mobile number we have for you.
  4. You’ll then be able to set up a password and three security questions.
  5. Finally, download the Beehive Money app from the Apple app store or the Google Play store, or continue using Beehive Money online.
