Why do I need my own email address?

Individual email addresses are required as you must each have your own log in to access your details. Sole and joint account holders will each be required to have an individual email address and set up individual log ins.

Will I be informed when the interest rates change?

When we make a change to interest rates, we will send you a secure message informing you of the change. We send you an email to inform you that you have an important secure message. The message will explain when the change will happen and what the new rate will be.
