I don’t have
a mobile phone

To protect your account, we have included a security feature which means you will need your own mobile phone number to complete certain activities within your account.  

So, for example before you can withdraw your money we will send a passcode to your mobile phone, which will need to be entered before we release your money. If you haven’t got a mobile phone please call our customer service team and we can discuss the options.  

Our customer service team can be contacted on 0344 481 0933, six days a week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 7pm, Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12.30pm.

Existing customers

If you previously held an esaver online account with The Nottingham, you will have been transferred to Beehive Money. To take advantage of the new features or to open new accounts you must activate your new Beehive Money account.
