unique account
activation code

When you register your account you'll need to enter an activation code. We sent you a code when we recently wrote to you - it was included at the bottom of the letter. 

If you have lost this letter please call our customer service team on 0344 481 0933 to find out what your activation code is. 

Our customer service team is available six days a week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 7pm, Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12.30pm.
