Our security features means we have to send out a passcode to customers before they can complete transactions online. If you have poor mobile phone reception it may mean you will not receive your password within the 15 minute window allocated to making transactions. 

If this is the case you can call our customer service team and we can use alternative methods to process your request. Our customer service team can be contacted on 0344 481 0933, six days a week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 7pm, Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12.30pm.

Existing customers

If you previously held an esaver online account with The Nottingham, you will have been transferred to Beehive Money. To take advantage of the new features or to open new accounts you must activate your new Beehive Money account.
