Emails will be sent out throughout the day, so your email may arrive later.
If you still have not received an email it could be for one of two reasons:
- With Beehive Money everyone must have their own log in details. If you have a joint account and previously used a single email address, the secondary account holder will not receive an email until they provide an alternative email . You can call our customer service team and provide a different email address. As soon as you do that you will receive an email with an activation link.
- The email may have gone into your junk folder. Please check this and if you still can’t see it call our customer service team.
